Fine Cigars in Napa Valley

By Pierre Rogers December 26, 2015
It's a cold December evening in downtown Napa and I find a a warm, cozy place to shelter from the blustery winter winds. Napa Cigars is a relatively new shop, but has become one of my favorites. Eric, one of the owners has found the secret to success, which in my opinion is the next level customer service and a well stocked humidor where the staff can help even the most advanced smoker find something incredible for their palate.

The shop is long and narrow with plenty of seating. Along the left side are large in hall humidors (more on that in a moment), followed by a long display counter with all kinds of gadgets, humidors and lighters. Looking beyond the glittering treasures you will find bottle after bottle of vino, this is wine country after all! The humidor is exceedingly well stocked. With the shelves higher then I could reach and cigars on every shelf. I love the abundance of cigars that I found!  There was a lack of general cigar garbage and an abundance of high end and boutique cigars. I found some hard to find Tatuaje and a Fuente Opus X Maduro, YAHTZEE! Totally nailed the #gotrare status. Clearly, Eric the owner has a diverse palate but more importantly he and his friendly staff know about each of these cigars.

If you happen to find yourself in the world famous wine country, aka Napa Valley and need to grab a choice cigar, stop by Napa Cigars and tell them PuroTrader sent you!
